Bio

Lisa-Dawn McKenzie.

I have an MA in Journalism from the University of Western Ontario (1986) and an Hons. BA in English literature from McMaster University (1985).

I have been a writer for 25 years. I have four children ages 19, 17, 15 and 6.

I grew up in Collingwood on Georgian Bay, attending First Presbyterian Church. I was active in the United Church of Canada for 15 years. I've taught Sunday school for many years, and have been a Sunday school superintendent and CE chair. My family and I currently attend at Norval Presbyterian Church as well as Knox Presbyterian Church in Georgetown, Ontario.
